We are 2 students in year 9 from the French Lycée in London who are participating in the Wings of Hope Achievement Award (WOHAA), a social enterprise programme where UK students develop skills through running fundraising projects and events in order to help provide free education for children in need.

We chose to participate in WOHAA to promote what the Wings of Hope (WOH) are specifically doing to make the world a better place. We obviously live in a very unbalanced world in terms of wealth distribution and access to education, and WOH are contributing to necessary positive change.

We are organising a football tournament on March 29, 2020 in London and want to make it a fun event, yet use every single player as an ambassador for our fundraising campaign: the more participants, the more fun, the more giving back via Wings of Hope. In and around this tournament, we are conducting a wide fundraising campaign and we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by donating to our cause.

If we do well, we could be selected for the WOHAA Semi Finals at the Houses of Parliament, win work experience placements or an amazing trip to India, and be better equipped to learn how our generation can contribute to positive, social change.

£250 sponsors the education of a child in India for a year, and £150 sponsors the education of a child in Malawi. Please give generously if you can, every little helps and all contributions will matter a lot!

Thank you !
