The newest Wings of Hope project providing after-school tuition in centres across the most deprived areas of Chennai has begun in earnest, with teacher training in August, followed by the start of classes helping underprivileged children increase their potential. Wings of Hope are currently working with a local NGO - Save Trust - to provide this tuition to children, with volunteer graduate teachers. The inauguration and training of teachers took place on July 31 and August 1st, 2014 at Purasaiwalkam, Chennai. Dr. V. Ragunathan, Medical Officer, Urban Primary Health Centre, Chennai Corporation, Rev. J.W.Ebinazer Kiribakaran a social activist, Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, Program Manager, MIDS were the invitees. Manager of SAVE, Mr. Baskar Sunderaman also addressed the Teachers.

Thank you much madam for the kind appreciation and trust on SAVE Trust. We will update the entire process of the work related to the project at all time. Really SAVE Trust would be an evidence to Wings of Hope through our commitment and hard work.
