However, when I heard about Wings of Hope and their ambitions, I found it struck a chord with me as not only does it help to raise money for developing schools in impoverished areas around the world, it encourages our own schoolchildren to use their skills for a charitable cause. This gives them a sense of pride and brings out an organisational attitude which extends into their working life. In turn, a schoolchild in a less fortunate environment directly benefits.”
