Speed Mentoring: The World of Work – The Next Generation

On Sunday 11th  November 2012 young professionals, students and teachers from across the country gathered at the Royal College of Surgeons in Holborn for an afternoon of innovative ‘speed mentoring’. 60 young professionals from over 50 top firms and industries and over 200 secondary school students to a careers event with a difference.

WOHAA Winners 2011 travel to India

The Wing of Hope Achievement Award winners of 2011 have just returned from a fantastic trip of a lifetime to Chennai in Southern India. This year two teams took the trip to India; team ‘Evolution’ consisting of 3 boys from Merchant Taylor’s School, Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Boys and ACS International School, all in London.

Wings of Hope ended a wonderful year of WOHAA with a bang on 21st April 2011 by hosting an Award Ceremony at Wembley Stadium. Wings of Hope are always blown away by the enthusiasm and creativity that the students and teachers show when taking part in WOHAA.

Sir David Jason

Sir David Jason returned once again to take his place as part of our distinguished judging panel at the House of Lords on Wednesday 23rd March 2010 for the Wings of Hope Achievement Award Semi Finals.
